Biography:
Julisa Rojas graduated from Georgia State University in 2022 with a B.A. in Anthropology and a minor in Spanish. She is an avid activist and organizer for the Latina/o/x community, advocating for political reform in our immigration system and the abolishment of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and detention centers.
Research Interests:
State-Sponsored Violence, Detention Centers, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Human Rights Violations, Queer Migration, Latina/o/x Community, Surveillance, and Policing.
