The Chicana and Chicano Studies department cordially invites all Chicana/o Studies Majors to join us as a team of visiting professors will be reviewing our department. This will be a time for Chicana/o Studies majors to express their experiences, opinions and future suggestions for the department. 

When: Thursday March 2nd, 2017 from 3:30pm - 4:30pm

Where: Dolores Huerta Conference Room (South Hall 1623)

This Tak will explore processes involving two of Quetzal's songs: "Estoy Aqui" and "Coyote Hustle."

Chican@ Studies Major Informational Workshop

The Chicana/o Studies Department will be hosting a major informational workshop on Tuesday February 28th, 2017 from 11:00AM - 1:00PM.

East LA Chican@ Group Queztal at the Hub!

Performance by the Chican@ Rock group Quetzal will be taking place at the Hub on Friday, February 24 at 8PM. Tickets: $5 for UCSB students and children under 12. $15 for general admission. See flyer below for details.
